In my playthrough, I found it after getting totally turned around at least three times. It鈥檚 in the south wing, but pro tip: use the map. Hogwarts can be a maze if you鈥檙e not paying attention.
Just look for the room with the most levitating objects and students practicing Wingardium Leviosa. Can't miss it!
