Helvetia is tucked away in the Forest region of Appalachia. Just head southeast from Vault 76, and you can't miss it. It's a pretty cool spot with unique loot tied to the event and some interesting lore behind it.

Been there, done that. Helvetia is southeast of Vault 76. Great place for loot during Fasnacht. Watch out for the Honey beasts. They're not as sweet as they sound.
