L1 is the top button on the left shoulder, and L2 is the trigger right below it. Easy peasy!

The 'L' buttons on the PS4 controller are on the left side. Specifically, you'll find L1 and L2 above and below the left trigger area.

L is for Left! L1 and L2 are both on the left side, with L1 being the upper shoulder button and L2 the lower trigger.
