Make sure you've checked the email associated with your Steam account. Those sneaky emails love hiding in the spam folder!
First, check your spam or junk folder – sometimes important emails get lost there. If you still can't find it, log into your Steam account and head to your order history to see if the purchase went through. Good luck!
