North Hall in Hogwarts Legacy is a bit tricky to find due to the vastness of Hogwarts Castle. However, it's located in the lower floors, near the Grand Staircase. Just keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards the different halls, and you should stumble upon it as you explore the castle.
