The military base in GTA 5 on PS3 is Fort Zancudo. It's located near the bottom of Mount Josiah, just off the Great Ocean Highway.

Look for Fort Zancudo in the middle of the western coast. Just follow the highway near Mount Josiah.

Head to the western part of the map and look for Fort Zancudo near the Lago Zancudo swamp. You can’t miss it unless you're already in a tank!
