If you're an Android user, open the Pokémon GO app, tap on the Poké Ball, go to the shop, scroll to the bottom, and you'll find the 'Enter Promo Code' section. For iOS users, sadly, you'll have to redeem codes through the Niantic Offer Redemption website.
