The PS3's hard drive is located on the side of the console. You can access it by removing a small cover.

It's on the left side if you have the console facing you, near the front. Just slide the panel open.

Your PS3's hard drive is hidden behind a door on the side of the console. Remove a screw, slide it out, and voila!
