The serial number on a PS5 controller is usually found inside the battery compartment. Just pop open the back cover and you should see a sticker with the serial number on it!

It's on the bottom of the controller, near the back. Just flip it over, and you'll find the serial number printed right there!

Look under the left-hand side of the back of the controller. There's a tiny sticker with the serial number there. Good luck finding it!
