Open the Sim Tracker from the bottom right corner of your screen; the whistle icon will be next to your Sims' portraits.

The whistle icon on Sims FreePlay is located in the Sim Tracker, which you can find at the bottom right corner of the screen. Just tap on the Sim Tracker, and you’ll see the whistle icon next to your Sims!
