Head to the Home Store, tap on the Outdoor Decorations tab, and you’ll find the diving board there. Happy simming!

You can get it from the Home Store under Outdoor Decorations after completing the quest 'It's All Going Swimmingly.'

Lol, you can't actually buy a diving board. It's unlocked through the quest 'It's All Going Swimmingly' and is then available in the Home Store.
