Where to Craft the Secret Service Jetpack in Fallout 76
Easy! You gotta get yourself to the Armory in Vault 79. Make sure you've got those Gold Bullions ready, 'cause that's what you'll need to trade for the jetpack plan. Once you got the plan, you can craft it at any Power Armor Station. Just remember, it's for the Secret Service armor, so make sure you've got that armor set ready to go!

Just hit up Vault 79. Buy the plan, then any Power Armor station will do the trick.
Don't bother, it eats up AP like crazy. But if you must, Vault 79, then craft it at a Power Armor Station.
