Check the ruins in Noctilum's Shadowrise area! Found mine there after some scouting.
Noka Mirrorstones are mostly in Sylvalum. Stick to the areas near water for the best chance to find one. Happy hunting!
You can just buy it from the Sakuraba Industries shop later in the game if you have the patience.
Farm it in Sylvalum. It's a grind, but it'll be worth it!
