Hate to break it to ya, but radscorpions are everywhere. Just wander around enough and you'll step on one... or it'll step on you.
Radscorpions? Oh, those spiky nightmares? Look in the Savage Divide region, especially around the middle and eastern parts. They love the rocky terrain there. Another hot spot is the Cranberry Bog area; just be ready, it's a tough place with lots of dangers lurking around. And hey, if you're in for a real challenge, check out the locations of Power Stations. Radscorpions seem to have a thing for those places. Happy hunting, but watch your back!
Finding a radscorpion in Fallout 76 isn't as hard as you might think. I ran into a bunch while exploring the forests of Appalachia. Trust me, just walk around for a bit. You'll find one sooner than you want to.
