Ballistic fiber in Fallout 76 is a rare but crucial resource for crafting and repairing armor. You can often find ballistic fiber by looting military camps and bases, like Camp McClintock or the Fort Defiance. Military-grade duct tape and military ammo bags are your go-to items, as both contain ballistic fiber when scrapped. Also, keep an eye on vendor machines for these items if you're running low and got some Caps to spare!

Honestly, just join a high-level player's team. They often drop stuff like ballistic fiber 'cause they have too much. Work smarter, not harder.

For the quick answer: military spots are your BFFs for ballistic fiber. Check out Camp McClintock or Fort Defiance and pocket all the military ammo bags and duct tape you can carry. Vendor machines can sometimes have what you need too, but that's gonna cost ya.
