Stimpacks? Just craft them, duh. Get the Chemist perk and double your output. You'll need antiseptic, blood pack, and steel. Blood packs are in medical buildings or from ticks. Easy.
Events and quests, peeps. They often reward you with stimpacks. Plus, it's more fun than rummaging through old buildings!
