To stock up on iron nuggets, hit rocks on your island with a shovel or an axe. You can find several rocks scattered around, and each one gives you a chance to get iron nuggets. But remember, you can only farm each rock once per day, so make sure to hit all of them for maximum nugget yield. Also, eating a fruit before hitting a rock will break it, giving you a single iron nugget but then you'll have to wait for the rock to respawn elsewhere on the island.

Another solid strategy is to visit Mystery Islands using Nook Miles Tickets. These islands often have multiple rocks you can hit for resources, including a bunch of iron nuggets. Since these are separate from your island, they don't affect your daily limit at home. It's a great way to stockpile iron nuggets fast, just make sure you've got plenty of tools and Nook Miles.

A friend told me that sometimes villagers give you iron nuggets if you talk to them or help them out. I tried it, and while it's not as reliable as smashing rocks, it's definitely a thing. Plus, you get to bond with your animal friends!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
