In the shop, scroll to the bottom and enter your code in the 'Promos' field. If you're on iOS, you might need to go to Niantic's redemption page online.

You can put codes in Pokemon GO by opening the app, tapping the Pokeball at the bottom, then going to the shop. Scroll to the bottom, and you'll find a place to enter your code!
