IMO, Jiren should be ranked higher than Goku. The guy doesn't even need transformations to be a powerhouse.
Here we go: 1) Zeno, because he can literally erase universes, 2) Whis, he's Beerus' teacher, 3) Beerus, he's a god after all, 4) Goku in his Ultra Instinct form – mind blown, right? And 5) Jiren, because he gave Goku a real run for his money.
From what I've seen, the top 5 are Zeno, Grand Priest, Whis, Beerus, and Goku. Personally, I think Vegeta deserves a shout too, especially with his Super Saiyan Blue Evolved form. He never stops trying to catch up to Goku!
I gotta go with: 1) Zeno, 2) Grand Priest, 3) Whis, 4) Beerus, and 5) Gogeta (Goku and Vegeta fusion). It’s like Goku and Vegeta on steroids!
