Thor and Hulk are both powerhouses, but it really depends on the situation. If it's brute strength alone, Hulk often takes the cake, especially when he's angry. But Thor's got Mjolnir and those lightning powers, so in a battle, it's anyone's game!
Thor is stronger, IMO. Remember, he's a god and has Mjolnir; that's some serious power!
