Sometimes there's a delay in receiving your robux after purchasing Roblox Premium. Check your transactions under Settings > Billing to see if it's been processed!
You might not be getting robux because of a temporary system glitch. Give it some time and check back later.
Did you accidentally cancel your subscription? Double-check your Premium status in account settings to make sure everything's active.
Check your account statement and make sure the payment went through. If it did, try logging out and back in – it might just need a refresh!
