It's probably a licensing issue. Make sure you have your PS4 as the primary on the account that owns the games.

Your games might be locked because the primary PS4 setting changed. Have the other user set their PS4 as your primary, then restore licenses.

Been there! Often, the issue resolves when the account owner restores their licenses. Go to Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses.

Maybe you鈥檙e trying to play with an account that doesn't own the games. Switch to the account that bought them.

Honestly, game sharing can be a bit finicky. Just double-check that the main PS4 is set correctly under the right account.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
