Check if your PS Plus subscription is on auto-renewal. If it is, you can't manually extend it until auto-renewal turns off.

Having trouble adding time? Try logging out and back in. Sometimes a simple reset fixes things!

Maybe your payment method needs to be updated. Expired cards or incorrect info can block extensions.

You might have hit the maximum allowable time for a subscription. PS Plus limits extensions up to 3 years in advance.
