Because Microsoft and Roblox haven't partnered to offer Robux in the Rewards program. Try other gift cards or reward options instead.

Microsoft Rewards currently doesn't offer Robux as a redeemable option. You might need to check back later or look for alternative methods.

I tried redeeming Robux on Microsoft Rewards too, and it's just not available. Maybe they'll add it in the future, but no luck now.
