You might be experiencing a temporary server issue. Try restarting the app or checking Niantic's support page for updates.

Make sure you and your friend have each other added as friends in the game and are within 100 meters of each other. Also, you both need to be at least level 10 to trade!

Check if the Pok茅mon you're trying to trade is favorited; you can't trade them if they are! Just unfavorite them first.

No trading allowed if you or your friend is under any sort of special trade limit for the day. Only one special trade per day, folks!

It could be an error related to your internet connection. A stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection is a must!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
