Check if your PS4's storage is full. Sometimes it auto-deletes stuff if space is tight.

It might be due to a corrupted file or system error. Try reinstalling the game and see if that helps!

I had the same issue! In my case, a recent update caused the problem. Rolling back the update fixed it for me.
