In my experience, mic echo on PS5 often happens due to poor connection quality. Check if your headset is properly connected and not loose.

Your mic might be echoing on PS5 because the audio from your speakers is getting picked up by the mic. Try using headphones or turning down your TV volume.

Honestly, the quickest fix is usually just turning down the mic sensitivity in the settings. Worked for me every time!

Check if someone else's mic is picking up their own voice and causing the echo. This happens a lot in multiplayer games.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
