Sometimes corrupted data pops up after an incomplete download or installation. Did you have any interrupted downloads recently? Delete and redownload the game or app and see if that fixes it.

It's probably just a hiccup from a failed download. Delete the corrupted data and redownload it.

Your PS4 might be saying data corrupted due to a bad hard drive or a glitch in the system software. Try rebuilding the database in Safe Mode first. It's kind of like giving your console a good spring cleaning!

I had the same issue, and it turned out my hard drive was failing. Swapping it out fixed everything!

Data corruption on PS4 can often be fixed by checking for system software updates or restarting the console in Safe Mode to rebuild the database.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
