Could be overheating! Make sure your PS5 has good ventilation and isn't surrounded by clutter. Also, check if the vents are dust-free.

It might be a power issue. Try plugging it into a different outlet or using a different power cable.

Had the same problem! Turned out the firmware needed an update. So, check if there's a system update available.

Might be a software glitch. You could try booting in safe mode and rebuilding the database.

Honestly, it's probably haunted. Jokes aside, calling Sony support might be your best bet if you've tried everything else.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
