I had the same issue! A factory reset solved it. Just make sure to backup your data first.

Roblox on Chromebook can be a bit buggy. Consider adjusting graphics settings in-game to lower levels. It worked for me!

Honestly, Chromebooks are not the best for Roblox. Try another device if you can.
