Steam downloads can be slow for a bunch of reasons, like your internet connection speed, Steam server overload during big sales or game releases, or your Steam download cache needing a clear out. Always worth checking your connection and maybe switching your download region in Steam settings to somewhere less busy!

Just pause and resume the download. Works everytime like magic. Steam's just quirky like that.

It's all about your internet. Upgrade it, and you'll see the difference. Steam's fine.

Steam's slow because everyone's trying to download the same thing at the same time. Patience is key. Or try downloading at odd hours when fewer people are online.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
