You can find Dragon Ball Super dubbed on Funimation because they have the exclusive rights. Crunchyroll only offers the subbed version.

It's a licensing issue. Funimation has the rights to the English dub, so that's where you'll need to go.

Crunchyroll doesn't have Dragon Ball Super dubbed because Funimation holds the licensing rights for the English dub. So, you'll need to head over to Funimation to catch Goku and the gang speaking English.
