Try restarting your PS5 and re-insert the disc. You'd be surprised how often that works!

First, check if the disc is clean and free of scratches. Sometimes a quick wipe can do wonders!

If nothing works, your disc drive might be faulty. Contact Sony support for a more in-depth solution.

Make sure your PS5 is updated to the latest system software. You can do this via the settings menu.
