Sometimes the PlayStation Network goes down for maintenance or unexpected outages. Check the PSN Status page for updates!

Maybe unplug your console for 30 seconds and plug it back in. A classic move that might just do the trick!

Is your internet connection stable? A shaky Wi-Fi signal can mess with your connection to the PlayStation Network.

It could be a DNS issue. Try changing your DNS settings to Google's: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

Honestly, it could just be a hiccup with the servers. Give it some time and try again later.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
