Make sure you've put the egg in an incubator and then walked the required distance. Just spinning it around won't cut it!

Sometimes the app bugs out. Try closing Pokemon GO and reopening it, or even reinstalling if the problem persists.

Are you driving? Eggs don't hatch if you're moving too fast. Walking is the way to go!

Check your app's GPS settings. If your location services are off or inaccurate, your steps might not be counted.
