Make sure your PS5 is in range of your WiFi signal. Those signals can be shy and don't always go through walls well.
Do a quick internet connection test from the network settings on your PS5. It can give handy clues about what's going wrong.
My PS5 wouldn't connect until I changed my WiFi from 5GHz to 2.4GHz. Give that a shot!
