FNaF World was removed from Steam because the developer, Scott Cawthon, wasn't satisfied with the game's reception and its quality at launch. He decided to pull it off Steam, and later re-released it for free on Game Jolt, making sure fans could enjoy it without spending money on something he felt wasn't up to the mark.

Scott Cawthon, the creator of FNaF World, actually pulled the game from Steam himself. He felt that the game didn't live up to fans' expectations or his own standards, so he offered refunds to anyone who bought it, regardless of playtime. A move of integrity, not many developers would do that!

The game was removed by its creator due to negative feedback regarding its incomplete state and various bugs. Scott Cawthon aimed to improve the game and relaunch it for free, prioritizing fan satisfaction over profits.

Because it was rushed and bad, lol. Scott took it down and decided to fix it up for the fans for free.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
