That's because Call of Duty Mobile doesn't officially support PS5 controllers yet. Try using a PS4 controller instead.

Have you tried updating the firmware on your PS5 controller? Sometimes a firmware update can fix compatibility issues.

Make sure your PS5 controller is in pairing mode by holding the PS button and the Create button until the light bar starts flashing. Then go to Bluetooth settings on your mobile and pair it.

Honestly, COD Mobile doesn't support PS5 controllers. Stick to touch controls or get a supported controller.
