Try restarting the app or your phone. Sometimes a good ol' reboot does the trick!

Check if your Adventure Sync is turned on in the settings, and make sure your phone's fitness tracking permission is enabled. Those cheeky steps won't count without it!

If you're using an iPhone, ensure that Pokemon GO has permission under Settings > Privacy > Motion & Fitness. It needs that access to track your steps!

Make sure your phone's battery saver mode isn't on. It might be putting a damper on your step-tracking abilities.

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
