Nope, the PS4 won't play audio CDs. It can however play Blu-rays, DVDs, and, of course, those awesome game discs!

I tried it myself, and the PS4 won't play my ancient CD collection. It does handle other discs like Blu-rays though!

PS4 doesn't support audio CDs. You'll need another device for those tunes.
