From personal experience, the DLCs like Nuka-World and Far Harbor offer a ton of value. Nuka-World lets you become a raider overlord and Far Harbor presents a complex narrative with moral choices. It's like getting several new games in one. Plus, the additional weapons, armor, and creatures are cool additions to the gameplay.
