Nope, you can't scrap bushes in Fallout 4. Those pesky little greenery are there to stay. However, you can use mods if you're really itching to clear them out. There are plenty of mods out there that let you clean up the wasteland just how you like it.

Bushes? In Fallout 4, they're more like permanent landscape features. You can't scrap them, but honestly, with so much else to explore and build, you'll hardly notice them after a while.
Nah, bushes are immune to the scrap command. But that's what mods are for! I personally recommend the 'Scrap Everything' mod. It lets you clear almost anything, giving you that extra space and clean look for your settlements.
