Nope, Dogmeat can't munch on Stimpaks like Scooby snacks. But, you can use Stimpaks to heal him if he gets hurt. Just walk over, give him a little love and a press of a button, and voila, he's back to his tail-wagging self!

Hot take: Letting dogs eat Stimpaks in Fallout 4 would've made it Game of the Year, again. But nope, you gotta heal them manually.

Sadly, no. Dogmeat doesn't have the luxury of popping Stimpaks like tic-tacs. You gotta play vet and apply it directly to him when he's down.

As someone who's spent more time in the Wasteland than I'd like to admit, I can confirm you can't feed Dogmeat Stimpaks. But healing him is super easy. Just approach him when he's injured, and you'll get the prompt to heal him. Works like a charm every time!

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
