Absolutely! You can totally flirt with and experience a night of jazz with Magnolia and still pursue other relationships in the game. Fallout 4's flexible romance system lets you woo multiple characters without any serious consequences. Keep in mind, though, that some companions might react negatively if they catch you flirting with someone else, but it doesn't lock you out of any relationships. Yep, go for it! Magnolia's fling is more of a one-time thing and doesn't affect other romances. So you can charm her and still have your pick of the Commonwealth's eligible bachelors and bachelorettes!
