Absolutely! You're not stuck with your initial SPECIAL choices in Fallout 4. Right at the start, you can allocate your points across Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, and Luck as you like. Later on, every time you level up, you get the chance to either increase one of these SPECIAL stats or pick a new perk. Nah, you're basically married to your initial SPECIAL setup. Except not really. Just level up, grab some Bobbleheads, and find that 'You're SPECIAL!' book. Easy peasy.
I鈥檇 say don鈥檛 sweat your initial SPECIAL too much. My first time playing, I thought I ruined my character. Then I discovered Bobbleheads and the 'You're SPECIAL!' book. Totally saved my build. So yeah, you can change things up as you go.
