Absolutely, Vault 111 is always open for a return visit in Fallout 4. Make sure to grab the Cryolator - a super cool weapon locked inside a case in the Vault. If you didn't snag it the first time because it was locked away, no worries, just make sure you have enough lockpicking skills on your second visit!

Yep, you can go back into Vault 111 anytime after you initially leave it. Just head back to where you started, and you'll find you can re-enter the Vault. Fun fact: there's some gear and items inside that you might have missed on your first go, so it's definitely worth the trip back.
