Technically yes, but don't expect to be blown away by the graphics or have a smooth experience. Fallout 4 recommends at least 2GB of VRAM for decent performance. You might have to play on the lowest settings and still face some lag.

As someone who tried this, it's possible but not fun. Constant crashes and frame drops. Do yourself a favor and get a better setup before venturing into the wasteland.
