Nope, you can't scrap mines in Fallout 4. You're stuck with 'em unless you sell them or use them to blow stuff up. Good news is, blasting raiders never gets old!

Nah, mines are for exploding, not scrapping. Makes sense though, imagine accidentally scrapping a live mine... KABOOM!

You can't directly scrap mines but think of them as an investment in security. Drop them around your settlement for a nice surprise for unwanted guests.
