Can I spawn someone with infinite health in Fallout 4?
I actually tried doing this through console commands, thinking I could tweak the settings, but no dice. Ended up using a mod I found on NexusMods that did the trick. It's not exactly "spawning" someone with infinite health, but you can make any NPC invincible after they spawn. Just be careful, as it can make some quests a bit wonky if you're not paying attention.

Hot take: why would you even want to? Part of the fun in Fallout 4 is the challenge. Making someone invincible just takes all the excitement away. Just play the game as it's meant to be played, trust me.
Nope, you can't spawn someone with infinite health in Fallout 4 by default. The game doesn't have a cheat code for that. However, you can mod your way into it. There are plenty of mods out there that can make NPCs or your character practically invincible. Just make sure you're modding responsibly to avoid crashing your game!
