Nah, Jezebel is a bit of a homebody and prefers to stay put once you build her a body during the 'Headhunting' quest. She's all about that advisory role, so you can't take her along as a companion to wander the wasteland.

Sadly, Jezebel doesn't join you on your adventures across the Commonwealth. She's more of a 'settle down and give sassy advice' robot than a 'join the fight' companion.
